These terms apply to all consultancy services provided by Soklog Consultancy ("I", "me") to clients ("you"). By engaging my services you accept these terms in full.
I provide independent freight and logistics consultancy including strategic advice, operational support, and trade and purchasing guidance. Services are defined and agreed in writing or by email prior to commencement of each engagement.
I operate as an independent consultant with no exclusive affiliations to any carrier, freight forwarder, or logistics provider. All advice is given independently and in the best interest of the client.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the engagement. I cannot be held liable for advice given on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
My liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific engagement. I am not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
I treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Fees are agreed in advance for each engagement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Reports, analyses and other deliverables produced by me remain my intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you for the agreed purpose.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Romania, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
